"Marketplace feels clunky to use"
I’ve been able to buy things on the marketplace, so it does work, but my experience hasn’t been the smoothest. Pages and listings take a while to load for me, and the filters don’t really narrow things down as much as I’d like. Sorting through results also feels a bit messy, so I usually end up spending more time than expected trying to find what I need.

"Verification worked, but did anyone else have to wait?"
I got my account verified in the end, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to upload my details twice because the first try didn’t seem to go through, which was a bit annoying. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I hoped. Once it was sorted, the site worked fine, but I’m curious if other people had the same delay or if it was just my experience...

"Nice collectibles, but I felt uneasy after paying"
The digital collectibles on veve do look really good. The details are sharp, and most of the ones I bought display nicely. Loading can be a little slow at times, but the overall quality is solid. I’ll admit though, after I made my payment I felt a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust how everything was going to play out until the collectibles actually showed up properly. Once they did, I was happy with them.

"The drop went way better than I..."
The drop went way better than I thought it would. I was very calm the whole time, totally not refreshing like my life depended on it. The app loaded fine, checkout only gave me a little bit of trouble, and yeah, there was a short wait, but that seems normal for a big drop. I got my item and it showed up in my collection quickly, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

Using veve.me to own and manage NFTs has been a smooth experience for me. It’s easy to see what I have, and transferring items hasn’t been much of a hassle. It took me a little time to get comfortable with everything, but overall it’s been straightforward and works well for what I need.

I tried the AR features they’re exciting when everything works smoothly. It feels fun and kind of magical to use. That said, my phone did lag a bit, which was a little annoying and took me out of the experience. Still, I didn’t hate it at all — overall it was cool, just needs to be a bit more stable.

I’ve found some good collectibles here, and the selection is usually solid. That said, a few of the drops seem to sell out really fast. Maybe I’m just not checking at the right time, but it can be a little frustrating when something I want is gone almost immediately

I had a frustrating experience with VeVe Digital Collectibles support. I just had a simple question about my account, but every reply took way too long and felt like the same copy-paste response over and over. I kept explaining the issue and it seemed like nobody was even reading what I wrote. After waiting around for days with no real fix, I just lost patience and gave up. Definitely not what I expected...
